'The Uncles' is our Cotswold blend yarn that utilizes the wool from Pemberley-the-Cute, Arthur, Neptune, Malcolm, MacDuff, Auggie, Alfred + Albert. These beautiful Cotswold boys all live either on our farm or at our friend's farms where they have full, and I mean FULL, lives of grazing and getting lots of cuddles each and every day.

The yarn is a strong, lustrous 2-ply medium weight that comes in 4-oz skeins of approximately 173 yards. The color is a light grey, a beautiful result from blending the whites of the fleeces with a couple of the Uncles 'colored' fleeces which are primarily dark grey, silver + a bit of brown.

When you knit or crochet, create, with this yarn, the fabric you will make will be resilient and lasting, heavily draping, and hold stitch definition fabulously. It would make an excellent Fisherman's knit-type sweater, a poncho or shawl for wearing in the winter, a throw or a blanket which makes a statement in any room.
