We dyed this linen with flowers and leaves and roots and berries and bark and beetles in our backyard dye studio. After steeping it in natural colors, or pounding the eco prints into the fabric for natural patterns, we shipped the fabric to Tannei Casey in Pennyslvania. Tannei sewed these beautiful, corded project bags up for us and spared no details. She did little tiny visible mending stitches, she put in flat bottoms so you could fill them up with all of your wool and needles and notions(or crochet hooks! or your purse items - they are purse-worthy! - and they will sit up straight.
