The NYS Sheep & Wool Festival at Rhinebeck, NY is going to be VIRTUAL for 2020. Stay tuned for details of how to shop our farm’s offerings online, keeping everyone safe and healthy.

In 2021, you’ll be able to come and visit us in Building 31, Booth 21 at the Duchess County Fairgrounds for the New York State Sheep & Wool Festival. We’ll have all of our flock yarns that are dyed naturally and in natural colors, woven rugs, wool comforters, woven blankets, roving and fleeces and farm made soaps. The booth will be staffed with our friends of the farm and we’ll have our sheep to show in the Breed Barn. Can’t wait for this festival where wool is the main attraction!

When you get to the website for the New York State Sheep & Wool Festival, you’ll want to scroll down to the “W’s” to find Wing & A Prayer Farm to get our sessions that are online - you’ll find us with a Zoom space for interacting with the farm from 2:30 - 7:00 p.m (EDT) from Thursday through Sunday. We’ll have field & farm visits, yarn dyeing with our Natural color from the gardens and the fields, and sheep & wool talk. It will be so much fun - Jubilee, our Valais Blacknose sheep, is bound to be strolling through at some point or other. We’ll have special codes for a discount if you shop during the live hours.
